Is Call IT Mate a franchise?

No — Call IT Mate is independently owned and operated. In the past, we participated in a national franchise initiative, but today we operate under our own brand, focused on delivering personal, direct service.

Do you only support businesses?

While we primarily support small to mid-sized businesses, we also help residential clients with device setup, home networks, security, and troubleshooting — especially in response to the rise of remote work and digital home environments.

What areas do you cover?

We provide onsite and remote support across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan, Sydney (including Western and South-West), and Melbourne. Remote services are available Australia-wide.

Who runs Call IT Mate today?

Call IT Mate is still run by its original founders — a team with hands-on experience in software development, managed services, and day-to-day IT support. We keep operations lean, which means you deal directly with someone who knows the work.

How is your service different from other IT providers?

We don’t believe in over-engineering or selling what you don’t need. Our support is practical, personal, and designed to work the way you do — with responsive help during business hours and round-the-clock cyber monitoring when it matters most.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Our general IT support operates during standard business hours, but we’ve introduced a 24/7 Cyber Response Team as part of our cybersecurity services. This means that while regular IT requests are handled during business hours, critical cyber threats are monitored and responded to around the clock.

Are your services contract-based?

No lock-in contracts unless you want one. We offer both Pay-As-You-Go and Managed IT Plans, so you can choose what suits your business best — with full transparency either way.

Do you provide white-label support?

Yes. We work with national IT providers by offering white-label onsite support across the Gold Coast, Logan, and Brisbane. This allows us to operate as an extension of their team — building trusted, behind-the-scenes relationships that help them meet client needs without adding internal overhead.
