We focus on practical security: strong sign-in (MFA), Conditional Access, hardening and patching, monitored cloud backups, Dark Web monitoring and identity threat detection for Microsoft 365. If something goes wrong, our 24/7 Cyber Response team is on call for active threats. We also provide Australian data residency.
Yes. While Call IT Mate is not a Registered NDIS Provider, we do support NDIS organisations—including providers and plan managers. We set up and manage Windows devices and Microsoft 365, secure email and file access, onboard staff, maintain backups and networks, and provide remote helpdesk with onsite visits where needed. Month-to-month or PAYG, no lock-ins. For security, we include practical controls and a 24/7 Cyber Response team for active threats
Onsite support is available across the Gold Coast, Logan, Brisbane, Sydney (South-West & Western) and Melbourne. Remote support is available Australia-wide. Many issues are fixed in one remote session; when onsite is best, we’ll book a time that suits.
There’s no contract minimum. Plans are billed per user. Sign up for the number of people you currently have—for example, if you hold 5 Microsoft 365 seats, you’ll choose 5 users. You can add or remove users as staff change. Each user covers one primary device (extra devices can be added). Microsoft 365 licences are available if needed. Month-to-month or PAYG—no lock-ins.
