Not the common success story you usually hear.

Most the success stories you hear started from a garage. Our story is slightly different. We started the business almost 9 years ago in an office in Silverwater NSW. Ben came from software development whereas Rajan's background was in MSP. 2 brothers combined provided the perfect IT support solution to small & medium scaled businesses.

 

Unfortunately, Rajan moved to the Gold Coast to take on other business opportunities and Ben did likewise. This made it extremely difficult to manage.

 

A handful of clients refused to leave hence the boys started creating a solution that would assist customers regardless of location.

Working with the companies the boys created a Microsoft based support solution that just worked.

The system was designed regardless of what industry you worked in our other applications you required. The complete process is tailored around Microsoft 365.

 

The success of this company is from the clients and family who continued to believe in us to build something special. The core values of the company stem from them based on their faith, Trust, Honesty, Loyalty and Support. I guess this is what you call a mate?
